This property is selling "AS IS, WHERE IS" and is accepted by buyer(s) without any expressed or implied warranties from the seller(s) or their agent. Seller may accept or reject any or all bids. Buyer is responsible for any inspections, surveys, or appraisals. The sale of this property is NOT contingent upon buyer obtaining financing.
